As a new company, we want to ensure you are happy with your chosen jewelry. Nevertheless, you have a period of 14 days from delivery to return the ordered product for exchange (in case of withdrawal) or refund (only for defective products or size issues). In case of return, we undertake to refund the amounts paid free of charge only for defective products, non-compliant orders, and size problems. Exchanges are free.

Return shipping costs for withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned intact (unworn and unused) in their original packaging. They must be accompanied by all their accessories. We reserve the right to refuse any non-compliant or damaged returns.

We ask you to use a tracking system for your package to have proof of your return and ensure that we have received it.
