We are a young company and prefer to know that the chosen jewel suits you. However, you have 14 days from delivery to return the product ordered for exchange or refund . In the event of a return, we undertake to reimburse the sums paid free of charge. Exchanges are free.

The return costs for withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned intact (unworn and unused) in their original packaging. They must be accompanied by all their possible accessories. We reserve the right to refuse any non-compliant or damaged returns.

We ask that you use a tracking system for your package to have proof of your return and to ensure that we have received it.
